오늘 제가 수행 했던 내용은 이렇습니다. 바이어가 이메일로 질문한 내용에 대해서 chat GPT에게 설명을 했습니다. " 당신은 10년차 해외영업 전문가 이다. 고객이 물어본 내용은 이렇다. 고객의 이메일 내용 복사. -> 나의 답변은 이렇다. 한글로 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 설명. -> 이걸 영어로 번역 해라 -> 핵심내용만 간결하게 영어로 이미지化 해라 "
하여 이 내용을 바탕으로 고객에게 답변을 완료 했습니다. 잘쓰여진 영문 답신 내용 + 이미지로 손쉽게 설명. 얼마전 AI 교육을 받고 왔는데, 역시 AI를 활용하니 업무의 질이 더욱 높아지네요. AI 활용은 이제 필수인 시대네요. ( AI 활용으로 몸값 상승 또는 부업 또는 인생 2막 준비하기 / 얼라이언스코리아 정종기 대표, 마이크로소프트 이소영 이사 특강을 듣고 나서)
그런데 고객에게 답변만 하고나면 좀 아쉬우니 관련 내용을 해외 블로그 미디엄(Medium)에 게시하고, 또 해외 직장인들이 가장 많이 이용하는 링크드인(linked in)에 미디엄에 포스팅한 내용을 인용하여 게시하였습니다.
어렵지 않죠? 제가 오늘 활용한 TOOL은 총 4가지 입니다. Chat GPT, 미디엄, 링크드인, 그리고 해당 카드뉴스를 제작하기 위해 미리캔버스 도 활용 했네요. 아래에는 고객에게 받았던 메일 내용을 Chat GPT에게 문의하여 실제로 , 답변 주었던 내용, 그리고 이미지 수정한 것 등을 날 것 그대로 올려봅니다. 개인 및 회사 업무에 관련 tool을 사용해 보시고 궁금한 것 있으면 문의 주세요. 사소하지만 이러한 것이 도움이 되기를 바래 봅니다. lcbinwriter@gmail.com
